The 110 detached sales were 17% lower month- over-month but 104% above January 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 32% in January, as Vancouver East’s detached segment remained favourable to sellers. January’s benchmark price was $1.55M, 0.1% above December and up 9% vs January 2020. The average sold price of $1.83M was 7% above December and up 16% vs January 2020.
