Condo listings in Vancouver East decreased 10% month-over-month (to 372) while January’s listings were up 29% year-over-year. Condo sales decreased 33% from December (to 99) but were up 27% vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 27%, as Vancouver East’s condo segment remained in sell- er’s market territory. January’s condo benchmark price was $595,800, 0.1% higher month-over-month and 1.8% above this time last year. The average sold price was $680,178, an 8% increase from last month, with an average PSF sales price of $870, 5% above last month.
