At 186, the number of townhome listings in Vancouver West was 3% higher month-over-month but 6% lower year-over-year. Townhome sales, at 34, were unchanged vs December and 42% above last January. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 18% in January as Vancouver West’s townhome market remained in balanced market territory. The benchmark price in January was $1.14M, rel- atively unchanged from last month and 0.4% lower than last year. The average sold price was $1.37M, while the aver- age PSF sales price was $987 (increasing 1.7% and 8%, respectively, from last month).
