Month-over-month, condo sales decreased by 22% in January (to 284), while year-over-year sales increased by 35%. Decreasing to 22%, the sales-to-listings ratio remained in seller’s market territory. January’s condo benchmark price of $762,500 was 0.4% higher month-over-month but 1.7% below January 2020. The average sold price was $934,081 at an average PSF sales price of $1,047 (up 4% and 3%, respective- ly, month-over-month).
