The number of detached listings in West Vancouver in January (at 340) were 10% above December but 18% below January 2020. The 29 detached sales in January were down by 45% month-over-month but up by 38% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 9% in January, as West Vancouver’s detached segment transitioned to buyer’s market territory. January’s benchmark price was $2.91M—4% above December and 13% higher than in January 2020. The average sold price of $3.98M was 25% above last month and 22% higher vs last year.
