The number of condo listings in West Vancouver increased 1.1% between December and January, to 91, but were 3% lower vs January 2020. The 11 condo sales in January were 39% below last month but 83% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 12% in January, as West Vancouver’s condo market remained in balanced market territory. The condo benchmark price was $1.07M in January, 2% below December but 8% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.56M (up 23% vs December) and the average PSF sales price was $1,081 (14% above December).
