Detached sales, at 752, decreased 27% compared to December but were 70% higher vs January 2020. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 25%, as the REBGV detached market remained in seller’s market territory. The detached benchmark price in January was $1.58M, up 1.4% month-over-month and an 11% increase year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.82M, up 3% from the previous month and 15% higher year-over-year.
