SEI nel 2019 ha acquisito Plastibor, azienda veneta attiva nella lavorazione delle materie plastiche dal 1961. Le due realtà hanno una storia e una tradi- zione molto simili, condividono molti valori: ecco perché questo è un “matrimonio perfetto”. Qualità del servizio e cura del cliente, affidabilità e quell’u- manità ormai rara in un mercato così globalizzato, sono solo alcuni dei punti in comune delle due re- altà d’impresa oggi unite. L’acquisizione ha deter- minato il trasferimento di un ramo di azienda nella sede di Liscate, così come la gestione degli ordini e il magazzino. In 2019, SEI acquired Plastibor, another historical compa- ny of the sector that was producing plastic materials since 1961. Given the similar history and traditions, joined with several shared values, this can be described as a “perfect marriage”. Quality service and customer care, reliability and that humanity trait that has become so rare in this globalized market, are just some of the common traits between the two companies. The acquisition has deter- mined the transfer of a whole company branch to the Liscate’s head quarter, as the stock management and the orders’ administration.
