Prior to that, he served as the VP of Membership, Edu- cation, Research and Councils for the Specialty Equipment Market Association. There he led development of mem- bership retention and education strategy for an associa- tion of more than 7,000 members. He also led SEMA teams to fulfill the association’s vi- sion for volunteer engagement, benefit delivery, recogni- tion efforts, customer service, and fundraising for its multi- ple charities and scholarship program. Ridnouer has also served on the board of directors of the California Society of Association Executives (CalSAE), where he was chairman for two full terms.
