J.M. Fry Printing Inks announced it is now under new own- ership, marking a significant new chapter in its history af- ter proudly serving the North American market for over 87 years. This transition represents not only a new business phase of growth and opportunity, but also continues the story of family commitment that has always been at the heart of J.M. Fry Printing Inks. The Fry & Hodges family — Justin Fry, Alvin, Billy, Jim, and Robert Hodges — led J.M. Fry Printing Inks for nearly nine decades. Though Justin Fry and Alvin Hodges are no longer with the company, their legacy, has shaped the com- pany into what it is today. Under their leadership, J.M. Fry Printing Inks built strong, lasting relationships and estab- lished high standards of quality and service. In keeping with that family tradition, J.M. Fry Printing Inks remains a family-driven business and is proud to introduce Oak Street Ventures LLC as the new owners, led by the fa- ther-and-son team of Jerry Mosley, Chairman of the Board, and Michael Mosley, President & CEO. Together, they bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the printing inks and coatings industry, having worked in the field for de- cades and understanding the value of hard work and com- mitment to upholding the standards of J.M.
