Since our last edition of Scheurer Magazine, it seems that our organization has grown, expanded and advanced in nearly every direction. We are proud to have brought Harbor Beach onboard with Scheurer Health, while it seems that we have construction flying in each of our local communities and locations. Numerous physicians and service lines have been added in both Pigeon and Harbor Beach, while our team has received countless accolades for their hard work. Lakeview Extended Care & Rehab, our skilled Long-Term Care unit in Harbor Beach was just named to be in the top ten of all of Michigan. Scheurer EMS is now an advanced life support unit with round-the-clock coverage with paramedics. We continue to exceed our patient satisfaction goals as an organization and are proud to be in the top 1% of all critical access hospitals in America for patient satisfaction. All of this has enabled us to double down in our belief of Better Health and Better Life to move forward with an expansion to our campus in Pigeon with our Medical Hub, a completely new facility in Sebewaing and updated and expanded services in Harbor Beach.
