There are a lot of “in-betweens” in life. Swing Bed Care is for those in-between moments when you are discharged from hospital care, but aren’t quite ready for the demands of their home environment. This gives patients the opportunity for further rehabilitation in order to reach their optimal level of recovery from their procedure, hospital stay or anything in-between.
