professionals in payroll. It’s part of the culture in the profession to find that we didn’t choose a career in payroll; we fell into it, so the profession chose us. But we also chose to stay. Career planning is such a vital yet overlooked activity that provides direction, helping people to make informed decisions about their future. Young adults
interests and aspirations, reducing the risk of wasted resources and time. It also aids skill development, boosting confidence and motivation, giving young people a clear sense of purpose.
