XYZ Ranch & TL Cattle - Where Two Trails Meet Bull Sale [4/2/26]

Dear Friends, We would like to sincerely thank our loyal customers, friends, and neighbors for the support you’ve shown us over the past 50 years. So many of you have helped our family grow in this business, and we are grateful. In a competitive industry, it becomes clear that we depend on one another to stay in business. As seedstock producers, we take seriously our responsibility to help our customers succeed. In this year’s offering, you will find the kind of bulls that keep all of us moving forward together. The 2026 sale bulls represent a complete palette for build- ing a strategic, profitable crossbreeding program. This of- fering includes a full spectrum of Lim ‑ Flex genetics— from high ‑ percentage Angus to high ‑ percentage Limou- sin. For more than 50 years, we have worked to be a one ‑ stop source for the genetic ingredients needed to build a successful operation. This year we decided to DNA test each bull in order to provide our customers with genomi- cally enhanced EPDS, which increases the accuracy and provides further assurance. We also want to emphasize that these bulls come from “blue ‑ collar cows.” Our cows must earn their keep. They are expected to breed as heifers in 90 days, calve unassist- ed, travel to mountain pasture in the spring, raise calves at high elevations, wean a quality calf, breed back on time, and walk home in the fall—without special treatment. We do not creep feed our calves, and we do not jeopardize the soundness of our bulls by pushing them too hard. The bulls went on feed in mid ‑ December and have been devel- oped on a ration targeting three pounds of gain per day. They are grown—not fattened—in a 10 ‑ acre pasture where they walk, exercise, and toughen for breeding sea- son. This development program is one of the things that sets our operation apart. Like any market, the cattle industry experiences trends. While we value forward ‑ thinking tools and modern man- agement, we believe common sense, practicality, and be- ing tough critics of our own cattle are what allow us to produce some of the best bulls in the business. Our strict culling practices help us identify the cattle that work for us—and we believe they will work for you as well. We welcome you to stop by or give us a call. The coffee pot is always on.
