Sit with good posture. Slowly lower your ear towards your shoulder as far as you comfortably can. Then, use your arm to guide your head slightly further until you feel a gentle stretch in your neck. Return to starting position. Repeat 6-10 times.

Danielle is a new addition to our team, having worked in another busy outpatient clinic for four years previously. She enjoys working with patients of all ages and abilities, from vestibular rehabilitation and balance to sports injuries and everything in between.
