THE PULSE
The City has contracted with Ghilotti Bros., Inc. to complete the construction of Phase 1B Improvements in the downtown. Construction starts mid-February and will be sequenced to minimize impact to the public. Phase 1B will include the following: Replacement of existing street trees, and corresponding irrigation Installation of integral color concrete and brick paver repair to restore areas previously impacted by Phase 1A Installation of five art sculptures that were donated to the City by renowned local artist, Philip Glashoff. DOWNTOWN IS BLOOMING!

Construction should be completed by mid-May and businesses will remain open.
