the BeUWI Undergraduate Programme Search App showed that outside of Trinidad & Tobago, the app was accessed by users in the USA (246), China (40), Guyana (36) and St. Lucia (35). M&C continues to strive for further integration between digital, physical, and traditional channels for the greatest reach, impact, opportunities for measurement and data collection, and for cost-effectiveness; and to integrate the recruitment activities of M&C with the new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system being established by the Registry.

While application figures continued to slide as noted earlier in this report, this was primarily among national postgraduate prospects concerned about a possible increase in tuition fees, in the absence of Government funding which had been entirely removed a year earlier. That aside, the data collected during the last campaign show that interest in the St Augustine Campus remains high and points to potential pockets of international interest as well. For example, analytics for the student recruitment microsite showed that of the over 82.1K clicks to posts delivered via Facebook for the period, the majority were from Trinidad & Tobago (37.5K) and Guyana (36.8K).
