campus constituents while the Human Resources team led the Campus on its return to in-person operations. Employee Assistance Programmes (EAP) virtual sessions virtual sessions on coping with grief, managing work-life balance and parenting within this new era were delivered to staff. Additionally, 69 employees were trained on managing changing work priorities and re-organising work processes and structures for strategic benefit (the Strategic Workforce Planning Project). The Campus Records team created a Service Level Agreement document and protocols for review and continued its works to digitise records throughout the period. New Employer Survey What are the factors that make UWI graduates attractive—or not—to national employers? The Campus Office of Planning
and Institutional Research (COPIR) set out to find out when it piloted an Employer Perception Study. In the first phase of this new survey, the COPIR gathered data from 50 national employers on their perceptions of the factors that enable or inhibit the employability of UWI graduates. Phase II consisted of in-depth online interviews and a focus group discussion with representatives from a diverse group of 15 enterprises and industries, across all sectors, and from various areas of economic activity. The Office also conducted both its annual Prospective Student Survey, and annual Graduate Tracer Survey. COPIR supports management decision making and planning through data collection and analysis, survey design and analysis, environmental scanning and data management.
