Can you believe Turkey Day is just around the corner and it’s time to get your team together for the 24 th Annual Thanksgiving Scramble scheduled for Saturday, 6 November at the Fairfax course. This tournament has become one of the most anticipated tournaments of the year. It is a great way to start the holiday season, get out with friends and enjoy a fun day of golf before that bad Washington winter hits! THANKSGIVING SCRAMBLE ANCC CLUB CHAMPIONSHIP The ANCC Club Championships is the tournament that matches your golf skills one-on-one with each of your fellow competitors. The championship this year will be contested over one weekend – October 9, 10 & 11, and will include both a Men’s and Women’s Division. Entries will be available online beginning 9 September. Shelley won her fourth Senior Women’s Stroke Play Championship with a 36-hole total of 148 (74 – 74). Tripp won his second Senior Men’s Stroke Play Championship with a 36-hole total of 151 (80 – 71).
