Sponsorship includes the opportunity to address the attendees from the stage for two (2) minutes during the reception’s special presentations, preferred seating at one (1) reserved table at the dinner following the reception and recognition from the podium. $20,000 OPENING RECEPTION The Sunday night Opening Reception is the first big reception of the ATA Mid-Year Management Session, providing excellent brand visibility. $15,750 WELCOME DRINK A great way to make a first impression on our attendees, sponsor a welcome drink that will be offered to each attendee as they check in. A bar will be set on the walkway leading to the hotel’s registration desk serving a welcoming beverage on the morning/afternoon of the meeting’s heaviest arrival days. The sponsor’s logo will be on the cups and napkins as well as on signage placed at the location where the drink stand is set. $20,000
