The video will be shared via email to MYMS attendees and on ATA’s social media channels for maximum exposure. $10,000 MOBILE APP Be the exclusive sponsor of the Mid-Year Management Session’s mobile app, which is used by attendees to determine their meeting schedule and keep abreast of important meeting news and events. Your logo will be prominently displayed on the app’s opening screen, a watermarked logo on the “My Schedule” page of the mobile app, as well as up to 3 banner ads that can link back to your company’s home page. $7,500
Static Truck Display
LIMITED OPPORTUNITIES This is the perfect way for MYMS attendees to experience the latest in-cab technology showcased in your vehicle. The location of the static display is in front of the hotel’s flag poles visible from the meeting space and easily accessible by walkways from the meeting space, meaning your vehicle will be seen by all MYMS and hotel guests during our event. Due to the limited amount of space a trailer will not be permitted to be displayed. BENEFITS INCLUDE: • Limited opportunity, only two or three vehicles (no trailers) will be displayed on the hotel’s property in a location close to the meeting rooms and the closing night reception • E-blast sent to all attendees promoting the Static Display – HTML content and images provided by sponsor and sent by ATA • MYMS Mobile App: Dedicated button and promotional push notification sent each morning • Company logos on signage at the static display as well as throughout meeting area • Opportunity to purchase MYMS Live!
