Sale Terms and Conditions: Cattle sell under the sale terms and conditions as suggested by the American Angus Association effective 5/05/25. Rights and Obligations: Neither the Lund’s, Bull Palace, Inc., nor any other person connected with the manage- ment of the sale, assumes any liability, legal or otherwise. Inspection of Cattle: Cattle can be viewed at the ranch any time before March 27, 2026. Directions to Ranch: Hwy 7 going north of Baker, MT, 19 miles, turn east at Carlyle Road sign, travel 3 miles to inspect cows, 5 miles to inspect bulls. Retained Semen Interest: The Lund’s are retaining a 1/3 semen interest in all bulls sold. A salvage value and posses- sion belong to the purchaser.
Health and Vaccinations: Bulls have had a breeding soundness evaluation, including semen test, prior to the sale. They have received the following vaccinations: • Birth: All calves born from 3 yr old cows and older receive Boehringer Ingelheim Alpha-CD • Branding: Merck Bovilis Nasalgen 3-PMH and Merck Bovilis Vision 7 Somnus w/Spur • Pre-weaning: Elanco Bovine Nuplu- ra PH +5; Merck Vision 7 Somnus w/Spur • Weaning: Merck Bovilis Nasalgen 3-PMH • Post-Weaning: Poured with ProMectin B Pour-On Performance Data: American Angus now updates EPDs weekly. Guarantee: Bulls are guaranteed to be sound and healthy breeders, with a first breeding season guarantee. Breeding season is defined as the first 90-days following first turn out. All bulls selling for $5,000 or more will be given 50% of the value of the injured bull IN A FUTURE SALE OR TOWARDS A REPLACEMENT BULL, IF ONE IS AVAILABLE. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by a veterinarian. Please notify us as soon as possible should an injury occur and prior to the injured bull being sold for salvage. All claims must be made by September 1, 2026. Delivery: Bulls will be fed at the ranch until time when we can deliver them in April. Delivery is free to adjoining states of Montana.
