RIDUZIONE DEI CONSUMI CONSUMPTION REDUCTION
La totalità delle acque reflue è riutilizzata nel ciclo produttivo, evitando lo spreco di questa preziosa risorsa naturale. Allo stesso tempo impianti all’avanguardia di cogenerazione contribuiscono al fabbisogno energetico, reimpiegando il calore generato in fase di produzione. Grazie ai recenti investimenti in materia di energia rinnovabile solare, Supergres ha raggiunto la neutralità energetica in termini di kilowatt consumati e kilowatt auto prodotti (*). Le mancate emissioni per oltre 30 ton di CO 2 lasciano inalterato il confort degli uffici e degli spazi espositivi nel rispetto delle persone e dell’ambiente seguendo una politica di sviluppo sostenibile. (*) valori medi stimati IMPIANTI DI ENERGIA RINNOVABILE RENEWABLE SOLAR ENERGY RECUPERO SCARTI WASTE RECOVERY Le piastrelle non conformi ai nostri standard qualitativi e non ancora cotte vengono macinate e trasformate in nuova materia prima, per essere poi reintrodotte all’interno del processo produttivo. Anche gli scarti cotti, opportunamente trattati, trovano il loro reimpiego. Il recupero degli scarti di produzione riduce la necessità di consumare nuove materie prime, alleggerendo l’impatto ambientale della nostra azienda. MATERIALI RICICLATI E RICICLABILI RECYCLED AND RECYCLABLE MATERIALS La totalità della plastica e carta utilizzata è riciclata e tutti gli imballi sono riciclabili, i pallet conformi alle norme FAO e la carta certificata FSC. Quasi la totalità (il 98%) dei rifiuti aziendali è avviata alla raccolta differenziata.

All wastewater is reused in the production cycle, avoiding waste of this precious natural resource. At the same time, state-of-the-art cogeneration plants contribute to energy requirements by reusing the heat generated during production.

La totalité des eaux usées est réutilisée dans le cycle de production, en évitant le gaspillage de cette ressource naturelle précieuse. En même temps, les installations d’avant-garde de cogénération contribuent au besoin d’énergie, en réutilisant la chaleur générée en phase de production.
Das gesamte Abwasser wird im Produktionszyklus wiederverwendet, wodurch die Verschwendung dieser wertvollen natürlichen Ressource vermieden wird. Gleichzeitig tragen modernste Kraft-Wärme-Kopplungsanlagen zur Deckung des Energiebedarfs bei, indem sie die bei der Produktion entstehende Wärme wiederverwenden.

Grâce à de récents investissements dans l’énergie solaire renouvelable, Supergres a atteint la neutralité énergétique en termes de kilowatts consommés et de kilowatts autoproduits (*). Les émissions de plus de 30 tonnes de CO 2 sont évitées, le confort des bureaux et des espaces d’exposition n’est pas affecté, tout en respectant les personnes et l’environnement en suivant une politique de développement durable.
Dank seiner jüngsten Investitionen in erneuerbare Solarenergie hat Supergres hinsichtlich der verbrauchten und der selbst erzeugten Kilowatt die Energieneutralität erreicht (*). Die eingesparten Emissionen von mehr als 30 Tonnen CO 2 beeinträchtigen in keiner Weise den Komfort in den Büros und in den Ausstellungsräumen, ganz im Sinne einer Politik nachhaltiger Entwicklung und des Respekts für Personen und Umwelt.

Tiles that do not meet our quality standards and have not been fired yet are ground and transformed into new raw material, to be reintroduced into the production process. Fired waste, properly treated, also finds reuse. The recovery of production waste reduces the need to use new raw materials, easing our company’s environmental impact.

Les carreaux non conformes à nos standards de qualité et qui ne sont pas encore cuits sont broyés et transformés en nouvelle matière première, qui est ensuite réintroduites dans le processus de fabrication. Les déchets cuits, dûment traités, sont également réutilisés. La récupération des déchets de production réduit la nécessité de consommer de nouvelles matières premières, ce qui allège l’impact de notre entreprise sur l’environnement. MATÉRIEL RECYCLÉ ET RECYCLABLE La totalité du plastique et du papier utilisés est recyclée, et tous les emballages sont recyclables, les palettes sont conformes aux normes FAO et le papier est certifié FSC. La quasi-totalité (98 %) des déchets de l’entreprise est confiée à la collecte sélective des déchets.
Fliesen, die nicht unseren Qualitätsstandards entsprechen und noch nicht gebrannt wurden, werden gemahlen und zu neuem Rohmaterial verarbeitet, das dann wieder in den Produktionsprozess einfließt. Auch gekochte Abfälle, die ordnungsgemäß behandelt werden, finden eine Wiederverwendung. Die Rückgewinnung von Produktionsabfällen verringert den Bedarf an neuen Rohstoffen und entlastet damit die Umwelt unseres Unternehmens. RECYCELTE UND WIEDERVERWERTBARE MATERIALIEN Alle verwendeten Kunststoffe und Papiere sind recycelt, alle Verpackungen sind wiederverwertbar, die Paletten entsprechen den FAO-Normen und das Papier ist FSC-zertifiziert. Fast alle (98 %) Abfälle des Unternehmens werden getrennt gesammelt.
All plastic and paper used is recycled and all packaging is recyclable, pallets conform to FAO standards and paper is FSC certified. Almost all (98%) of the company waste is collected separately.
