Substructure for indoor
SNF With a head designed specifically for Newfloor, SNF is the structure most frequently used. It is made of galvanised steel, with various heights ranging from 35 to 1.025 mm. The pedestal system is composed by 2 elements, the head and base. In certain intsallations, the system can be completed with stringers connecting the pedestals. There are three types of stringers: L, light of height 15/18 mm open section; M, medium of height 30 mm open section; H, heavy with closed section of dimension 25x25 mm. All parts of the SNF structure are galvanised using the Sendzimir process. The structure is completed with plastic gaskets placed in contact with the panel that have a sound-proofing and shock-proofing function. SDFE EXTRA The SDFE Extra structure is used where loads are particularly heavy. It involves the use of pedestals with a special head to be installed with tubular stringers of 25x50 mm, a closed rectangular section, passing over the head itself and fastened to it using threaded screws, with adjustable height from 70 to 1.000 mm. SOFT-LAY, THE SOUNDPROOF ELEMENT UNDER THE SUBSTRUCTURE Soft-lay is the ideal solution to guarantee the minimum acoustic impact of a raised floor, while maintaining its technical characteristics. It consists of an insulating rubber carpet to be installed under the floor, to reduce the transmission of the noise between the floor caused by foot traffic, to be placed among the base of the pedestals and the concrete slab. Composed exclusively of high-quality rubbers, capable of reducing vibrations and offering exceptional compressive strength, thanks to the absence of air in the physical composition of the product.
