The current standard manufacturing process includes... • NFC Envirobase backing which contains over 75% recycled material • Latex pre-coat backing which contains over 75% recycled material • Up to 80% of the total product is made using recycled materials • Carpet yarns contain up to 100% recycled content • Pallets obtained from sustainable sources (FSC certified) • Tile boxes are 100% recycled cardboard
