Please SLOW Down When you speed through a our neighborhood and hit someone with your vehicle, is it really an “accident”? Sure, you didn’t mean to hurt anyone, but you were, in fact, breaking the law, and driving dangerously. Children can come out of nowhere. Coachland streets are not your highways ! Please slow down; we are raising our children here! Two vehicles per homesite are allowed and are to be parked on Resident's parking pad and not on the landscaped or other areas of the homesite. Residents' may not park in the neighbor’s parking pad, block a neighbor's parking area, or extend into the road. If a Resident has more than two (2) vehicles, arrangements must be made with Management for parking of the extra vehicle, and payment of the applicable extra vehicle charges. Guest Parking is to be used for short-term parking only. A vehicle must not remain in Guest Parking without being moved for more than seventy-two (72 hours), or three (3) days. Any vehicle parked in Guest Parking overnight must have a parking pass. Residents are not to park their vehicles in Guest Parking overnight, except where they have more than two (2) vehicles and the extra vehicle(s) are registered with Management and are paying the extra vehicle charge on a monthly basis. Short-term (15-20 minutes) parking is permitted for loading/unloading only. Per California Law, "No vehicle parking shall be allowed on two-lane, two- way roadways less than thirty-two (32) feet in width.” Coachland roads are twenty-eight (28) feet or less in width. Do You Know the Parking Rules? Unfortunately, we have a lot of residents parking on our streets and in the dirt. Please review our rules and make the proper changes! As stated in the rules: PARKING Parking is permitted only in designated parking spaces. VEHICLES ARE NOT TO BE PARKED ON THE STREETS! Service vehicles may park on the street while servicing a home/homesite.
