Chloe Brissett and Samantha “Sam” Slowik , both members of our Zeta Upsilon Chapter at Washington University, had plenty to celebrate on Friday, May 23, 2025. The Alpha Phi sisters and their teammates captured the 2025 NCAA DII Women’s Tennis Championship, marking the first national title in program history. It’s the 27th championship in WashU Athletics history and the second for the 2024-2025 academic year. Victory is always sweet, but according to Chloe, winning alongside her Zeta Upsilon sister made it even sweeter. “Sam is my best friend, so experiencing this win together was incredible,” she says. “We support each other on and off the court but winning together was surreal. I’m so grateful she’s my sister.”
