Ready to Lead? Your Journey to the International Executive Board (IEB) Starts Now. By: The 2024-2026 Committee on Leadership (COL)
Have you ever thought about serving on Alpha Phi’s IEB? Consider this your sign to explore that calling.
While the official application process doesn’t open until September 1, 2025 , now is the ideal time to reflect on how you can contribute to the future of Alpha Phi and make your mark on the 2026-2028 biennium. The COL — composed of Chair Linda Long Boland (Gamma Kappa-CSU Long Beach), Susan Bevan (Sigma-Washington), Laura Lynn Davidson Ellett (Beta Delta-UCLA), Deana Koonsman Gage (Gamma Iota-Texas Tech), Dina Podnar (Zeta Psi-Dayton) and Coree Smith (Epsilon Theta-Northern Iowa), along with collegiate representatives Louise Barnacle (Beta Gamma-Colorado) and Charli Coli (Nu-Nebraska) — leads the interview and slating process for the IEB. As Alpha Phi’s governing body , the IEB is a group of visionary women elected at the Biennial Convention in Tucson in June 2026 , after being slated by the COL. Board members are responsible for guiding Alpha Phi’s strategic direction by applying their professional skills and deep Fraternity knowledge to make impactful, forward- thinking decisions that enhance the Alpha Phi experience today and for years ahead. If you’re passionate about Alpha Phi, committed to our ideals and ready to lead with purpose, this is your moment. Step up to make a difference, inspire others and leave a legacy that will shape the Fraternity for generations from now.
