1. How long have you been in law enforcement?
I have been in Law Enforcement for 10 years. 2. Do you have a "best thing" you remember about your high school experience? The best thing I remember about high school was being involved with Future Farmers of America and participating in leadership events and showing livestock. 3. What do you like to do outside of work (hobbies)? I love spending family time, hiking, swimming, fishing, boating, traveling, horseback riding, and wine tasting. 4. What's your favorite food? It’s between pizza, Mexican food, and Mediterranean food. 5. What's your favorite travel destination? I have several favorite travel destinations including but not limited to Mexico, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Healdsburg, Monterey, and Germany. 6. Any fun facts about you that you'd like to share? Animal Veterinarian. Once I did a ride-along and internship with the Riley County Police Department in Manhattan, KS, I changed my focus to Psychology to go into Law Enforcement. 7. What are you looking forward to this school year? I am looking forward to getting to know everyone at the schools along with participating in school activities! 8. Tell us about your family. My husband and I met in Santa Clara working in the jails. My husband was on Jail Training and I was getting ready to go the Deputy Academy. We met in 2016 and have been together since. We both work at Placer County Sheriff’s Office as Deputies. We have a 3 year old daughter and 10 month old son.

1. How long have you been in law enforcement? I’ve been a LEO for 12 years.
2. Do you have a "best thing" you remember about your high school experience? Was my very tight-knit group of friends that I had adventures with. 3. What do you like to do outside of work (hobbies)? Hang with my family by a body of water. 4. What's your favorite food? PIZZA!! 5. What's your favorite travel destination? Hawaii 6. Any fun facts about you that you'd like to share? I’m a proud cat daddy of 3 felines! 7. What are you looking forward to this school year? I’m excited to be a part of and get to know the Colfax community this year. 8. Tell us about your family. My wife and I just celebrated our 16th wedding anniversary and we have two daughters who are 7 and 2 and a son who is 5.
