n 11 MILE BEACH (PALM BEACH) Also known as Palm Beach, 11 Mile Beach stretches along the southwestern coast of Barbuda. True to its name, this beach extends for approximately 11 miles, offering one of the longest and most uninterrupted stretches of sand in the Caribbean. With its expansive shoreline, 11 Mile Beach is perfect for long walks, beachcombing, and solitude. n SPANISH POINT BEACH Spanish Point Beach is located on the southeastern tip of Barbuda and is known for its wild beauty. A mix of white sand and coral fragments, it’s an excellent spot for beachcombing and exploring tide pools. The rocky outcrops and clear waters means it is also great for snorkelling and diving, as the waters are rich in coral reefs and marine life.
n TWO FOOT BAY BEACH Located on the northeastern coast of Barbuda, Two Foot Bay Beach is known for its dramatic landscape, featuring rugged limestone cliffs and caves along the shoreline. The beach itself is a beautiful, secluded stretch of white sand and snorkelling can be enjoyed in the shallow waters. You can also explore the nearby caves while you’re there, some of which contain ancient Amerindian petroglyphs. The area is also a popular spot for birdwatching, as it’s close to the Barbuda Frigate Bird Sanctuary. n LOW BAY BEACH Low Bay Beach is located on the western coast of Barbuda, just across the lagoon from Codrington. It is a long, narrow strip of white sand beach that faces the calm waters of the Caribbean Sea. The beach is ideal for swimming, kayaking, and stand-up paddleboarding and the nearby lagoon offers an opportunity for further exploration by kayak or boat.
