LITTLE JUMBY ISLAND – OPEN TO ALL Although located on a private island, The Hut, Little Jumby is accessible to everyone (with a booking!). You can arrive on your own boat, with moorings available by reservation. Or hop onto the new Hut Ferry, where you will be met by The Hut team on the private jetty, in anticipation of a day or evening spent on the stunning white sands of Little Jumby Island. Long lunches and sunset dinners are served on The Deck of The Hut , with mesmerising views of turquoise waters and palm trees at every turn. Those seeking to chill out all day on Little Jumby Island will have the opportunity to rent their very own Cabana or Beach Hut, set across two of Little Jumby’s white sandy beaches. Perfect for couples, The Cabanas, which will provide two sunbeds, shaded beneath a pergola-style roof and will offer striking views of the glistening sea. Larger Beach Huts, will be available for groups between four and ten guests, they will provide a cool and intimate sanctuary and include a bar area, comfortable sofas, sunbeds and ceiling fans to cool off. Protecting the natural beauty of Little Jumby is paramount to The Hut, the remainder of the island is a Nature Conservancy. Along with Jumby Bay Island, The Hut takes its role as a guardian of Little Jumby Island seriously, ensuring the natural environment is maintained and nurtured into a thriving ecosystem. AN UNFORGETTABLE DINING EXPERIENCE The talented chefs heading up the exceptional menu at The Hut are Executive Head Chef Felipe Rubio and Chef de Cusine Elio Debae. Felipe, who is known for his creative approach to food, brings years of experience from renowned establishments. After eight years as a pastry chef, he transitioned to savoury cuisine and now shines as Executive Head Chef. Working alongside him is Elio Debae, another seasoned Chef, with a deep passion for the culinary arts. The menu at The Hut, Little Jumby will embrace The Hut’s proven menu concept of globally inspired dishes alongside the best of fresh Antiguan ingredients. Comprising locally caught, fresh fish and a variety of locally grown fruit, vegetables and herbs, guests can expect a seafood-led, brasserie style menu, comprising The Hut’s mouthwatering, signature dishes, which have been carefully adapted to Caribbean produce. Dishes on the menu will include local gems including Lobster, Snapper, Grouper, Ballyhoo & Lionfish.
