LANCASTER, PA - LMS Commercial Real Estate , a privately owned real estate company based in Lancaster, PA, has recently arranged the following sales transactions: Apple Collision Center Ha- nover has recently purchased the former Faulkner auto deal- ership for $1,850,000 located as 100 Eisenhower Drive. They have recently taken over the operations of the former col- lision center, which will be re-developed. The property sits on 7.7 acres and is con- veniently located on Route 94 and Eisenhower Drive. It is in close proximity to a new retail development containing many national retailers. Dave Nicholson and Ryan Myers represented the seller in the transaction. Orchards Garden & Gift Center located at 1140 Ab- bottstown Pike, Hanover, PA recently sold a 7,000 s/f retail building for $160,000 which sits on 3.73 acres sold. Millers Country Market plans to open for business this spring at this location. Ryan Myers of LMS Commercial represented the seller. M&T Bank located at 14West Hanover Street, Gettysburg, PA was sold for $250,000. The 1,984 s/f retail building that sits on 1.03 acres will now be used as an Italian Restaurant. Earlier in the year, DRE represented Mighty Oak, a subsidiary of GE Cap- ital, in the sale of Brookhill Azalea Shopping Center to an investment partnership controlled by the principals of Broad Street and The Pre- mier Companies, for $8.95 million. n
