the largest third-party, com- mercial real estate firms in Central Pennsylvania—has arranged the sale of the fol- lowing transactions: Sales: 2,210 s/f of retail NNN in- vestment property at the 1125 Haines Rd. 5 Guys Burgers & Fries location in York. Naresh Kumar pur- chased the property from Atlantic Properties . Chad Stine & Brad Rohrbaugh of Bennett Williams rep- resented the seller in the transaction. 142,965 s/f retail shop- ping center at Shippensburg Shopping Center located on Walnut Bottom Rd. in Ship- pensburg. WRDC purchased the property from Hill Man- agement . Chad Stine & Brad Rohrbaugh of Bennett Williams represented the seller in the transaction. n BOOTHWYN, PA — Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services , the nation’s largest real estate investment services firm, has announced the sale of Chich- ester Square, a 29,025 s/f retail property located in Boothwyn, PA, according to Spencer Yablon , vice president and regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset commanded a sales price of $4,105,000. Dean Zang and Mark Tay- lor , each a first vice president of investments, at Marcus & Millichap had the exclusive listing to market the prop- erty on behalf of the seller, a partnership between locally based Montgomery Realty and RPC Real Estate . The buyer, an affiliate of Westport, Connecticut based Paragon Realty Group, LLC , was also secured and represented by Zang and Taylor. At the time of sale, Chichester Square, located along Chich- ester Avenue in Boothwyn, was 83 percent occupied by a mix of well-established local tenants and CVS/Pharmacy, which most recently extended its lease for 10 years. Close to ten offers were received in the marketing of the asset, which Zang attributes to a shortage of quality “B” retail product avail- able in the market today. n Marcus & Millichap sells a 29,025 s/f strip center
