Resi- dents at the Samuel Kelsey Apartments enjoy a resident café, lounge, outdoor patio, picnic, and barbeque area, fit- ness center, central laundry facility, and computer center. As part of the renovations, Winn added landscaping and site furnishings to the outdoor common area.
