Winn worked with the Samuel Kelsey Resident As- sociation to create a resident services plan which consists of social services, provided by the property as well as out- side groups and community spaces, according to the resi- dents’ wants and needs. Resi- dents at the Samuel Kelsey Apartments enjoy a resident café, lounge, outdoor patio, picnic, and barbeque area, fit- ness center, central laundry facility, and computer center. As part of the renovations, Winn added landscaping and site furnishings to the outdoor common area.
