This week NJAA held two days of CAMT Maintenance and Repair presented by Dave Shertzer. Thank you to Multi-Housing Depot by ARI for pro- viding both the appliances and presenter. Also, NJAA would like to thank Larry Falkow, from the APTS Magazine for putting together a panel of expe- rienced NJAA members for the “Tradeshow Orientation”. The panel included Dan Flamini from Pennrose Management, Debbie Quigley of Morgan Properties, Tim Smith from HD Supply and Jim Jenkinson from Wilmar.
