The Virginia Department of Veterans Services signed a lease for 3,745 s/f of office space in Fort Monroe’s Build- ing 77, located at 3 Ruckman Road in Hampton. Fort MonroeAuthority execu- tive director Glenn Oder said he is pleased with the increased interest he’s seen from agen- cies requesting to move to the property. Real Estate Inc. (DRE), an- nounced the completion of four leases for office space in the historic former army base, Fort Monroe. The 565-acre National Historic Landmark District is being leased by DRE and managed by Divaris affiliate Old Point Comfort Real Estate Services, LLC. All of the leases were handled on behalf of the landlord, Fort Monroe Authority, by Sanford “Sandy” Cohen, chief operating officer in the Virginia Beach of- fice of Divaris Real Estate.
