This accomplishment reflects the effectiveness of the college's curriculum updates and their focus on preparing students for the rigors of the NCLEX examination. It's encouraging to know that the college was removed from the requirement of submitting an improvement plan by the OSBN. This recognition highlights the progress made and the college's success in improving NCLEX pass rates. However, it is important to maintain vigilance and continue monitoring pass rates and results from the Next Generation NCLEX (NGN). The NGN is a new version of the NCLEX exam designed to assess the clinical judgment skills of nursing candidates. It incorporates unique item types that evaluate candidates' critical thinking abilities in providing client care. By
