(B) Selection Criteria for Clinical Preceptors: Faculty members develop written criteria for the selection of Clinical Preceptors, which are agreed upon by a responsible person within the practice site. These criteria ensure that Clinical Preceptors possess the necessary qualifications and capabilities to effectively support student learning. (C) Meaningful Presence of Faculty: While faculty members are not required to remain in the same facility as the student group throughout the nursing practice experience shift, they must maintain a meaningful presence with both the Clinical Preceptors and the students at the practice site. The specifics of this meaningful presence are defined in the program policy. (D) Regular Conferencing: Faculty members must have regular conferences with each Clinical Preceptor and student, either individually or in groups, during the nursing practice experience.
