Assessment Method
The college does not utilize simulation at this time in the practical nursing program, but does plan to start teaching this modality in 2024 as a result of the recent addition of our new simulation lab. Simulation-based learning experiences have become an integral part of nursing education, providing students with opportunities to practice clinical skills, develop critical thinking, and enhance decision-making abilities in a controlled and safe environment. The college is currently reviewing this modality for the PN program.
