Respectful and Caring Attitude: Students should demonstrate respect, empathy, and compassion towards patients, their families, and colleagues. They should value diversity, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and provide patient-centered care. Effective Communication: They should actively listen, communicate clearly and professionally, and document patient care accurately and comprehensively. Collaboration and Teamwork: Students should engage in collaborative and interprofessional teamwork. Accountability and Responsibility: They should follow legal and ethical guidelines, practice within their scope of practice, and prioritize patient safety.
