Sumner College is accredited by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES), a national agency recognized by the United States Department of Education. ABHES conducted their most recent site visit in August of 2019. In 2019 the council awarded a new renewal grant of accreditation through December 21, 2026.
