(a) Specific expectation of measurable achievement: The plan includes clear and specific expectations for measurable achievement for each course outcome and program outcome. This ensures that there are defined criteria against which student performance and program effectiveness can be assessed. (b) Internal and external measures of graduate achievement: Student assessments, evaluations, and feedback as well as external measures such as licensure exam pass rates or employment rates. (c) NCLEX pass rate data: The plan includes the collection and analysis of NCLEX pass rate data, which provides valuable insights into the program's effectiveness in preparing students for licensure exams.
