Position Creation or Adjustment: 3.1 Based on the findings of the needs assessment, the college will determine whether new positions need to be created or existing positions need to be adjusted to meet the identified needs. 3.2 The creation or adjustment of positions will be guided by the goal of enhancing student support, academic excellence, and overall student success.
