4.3 The nursing program will maintain effective communication with the controlling body at the college level, providing regular updates, reports, and data on program outcomes, compliance with regulatory requirements, and any other relevant information.
The President attends the Advisory Board meetings, and faculty meetings when appropriate.
Review and Updates: 5.1 The organizational chart, communication processes, and
decision-making processes within the nursing program will be periodically reviewed to ensure their effectiveness and relevance. 5.2 Updates and modifications to the organizational chart, communication processes, and decision-making processes will be made as needed, with input from relevant stakeholders, to support the ongoing improvement of the nursing program. Faculty report to the Nurse Administrator. The Nurse Administrator reports to the President. The President reports to the board.
Organization chart is reviewed to assure all departments have clear channels of communication.
