Student complaint and grievance process must be defined, reviewed, and addressed in accordance with established policies. Assessment Expected Level of Achievement Frequency of Assessment Assessment Method

The college follows a published complaint and grievance policy, as well as the chain of command per the college organizational chart. Concerns from students follow the organizational chart chain of command. Students should first try to resolve the concern with the instructor/staff directly involved. If the result from that process is not satisfactory to the student, they are then referred to the next level of authority per the organizational chart.
