(2) The Nurse Administrator and each nurse faculty member must hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Oregon, maintain current knowledge of nursing practice for the registered nurse and the licensed practical nurse, and be academically and experientially qualified for the level of appointment. The Nurse Administrator and each nurse faculty shall hold a current, unencumbered license to practice as a registered nurse in Oregon. The Nurse Administrator and each nurse faculty member will be academically and experientially qualified for the position for which she/he is appointed.

Director of Education and President receive official transcripts verifying academic degrees of each applicant. Director of Education and Nurse Administrator review the experience, references, and qualifications of each applicant. The Human Resource department will verify licensure for applicants and license renewal for faculty members.
With changes in status (education, credentials, license renewal) and as needed to ensure compliance with OSBN standards
The College President conducts the annual review of the Nurse Administrator.
