(1) For reporting and tracking purposes, all NCLEX® pass rates are rounded up or down to the nearest percentage. (2) A program must maintain the following: (a) A minimum of 75% first-time pass rate or higher for the most recent 12-month period; or, (b) A 90% total pass rate or higher of all test-takers that includes first-attempt and repeaters for the most recent 12 months. Quarterly and annually
NCLEX pass rates provided by the OSBN are reviewed on a quarterly and annually (consecutive 12-month period) to assure standard is being met. NCLEX pass rates are shared with faculty, reported to the accrediting body, and reviewed at the annual Advisory Board meetings.
(2) A program must maintain the following:
