As part of this policy, we have established a standard format for faculty meeting minutes. These minutes serve as a comprehensive record of the discussions held during faculty meetings, the decisions made, and any subsequent actions taken. By maintaining consistent and organized minutes, we aim to promote transparency, accountability, and effective communication among our faculty members. The faculty meeting minutes are designed to include essential information such as the date, time, and location of the meeting, a list of attendees, and an agenda outlining the topics discussed. During the meeting, the minutes capture key points, discussions, and any decisions made. Additionally, they document any follow-up actions assigned to specific individuals, along with the corresponding deadlines.
