The Nurse Administrator considers factors such as academic qualifications, clinical experience, and ongoing professional development to make informed decisions about teaching assignments. By aligning teaching responsibilities with faculty expertise, we optimize the learning experience for our students. In addition to the evaluation of teaching responsibilities, the policy emphasizes the importance of ongoing professional development for faculty members. Professional development is seen as a means to enhance teaching skills, stay abreast of advancements in nursing education, and foster personal and career growth for faculty members. To support this, the faculty members receive guidance and support from the Nurse Administrator and the Director of Education. The faculty, in collaboration with the Nurse Administrator and Director of Education, identify areas of professional development that would benefit the instructor. These areas may include
