competency, professional goals, planned professional development activities and completion of these activities must be evident in the documented performance review process.
To ensure a clear connection between competency evaluation, professional goals, planned professional development activities, and their completion, Sumner College establishes a documented performance review process for nurse educators. This process is designed to assess the educator's performance, provide feedback, and support their ongoing professional growth. The first observation occurs shortly after hire and annual thereafter.
